“ Ho provato i frittini, ottimi! Ho preso poi la pinsa tonda ed è stata veramente buonissima! Impasto super leggero che nonostante i condinenti mi ha permesso di gustarmi il dolce, altrettanto buono! Il locale è piccolo ma grazioso. Il servizio forse è un pochino lento, ma tutto sommato non male. (migliorerei questo aspetto) Ma il cibo assolutamente ottimo! Ci ritornerò sicuramente! ”

Ci voleva proprio un posto che includesse alternative vegane a Maglie, raramente si trovano locali così inclusivi, aperti e sinceramente attenti alle esigenze di tutti. Il menù vegano non è messo lì “tanto per”, ma pensato con cura, con gusto e con rispetto verso chi ha fatto questa scelta. Si percepisce chiaramente che dietro c’è consapevolezza, empatia e una reale comprensione della causa non solo l’intento di vendere un prodotto in più. Sono attenti anche alla stagionalità degli ingredienti, cosa che rende ogni piatto ancora più genuino e ben pensato. E poi sono gentilissimi,accoglienti, disponibili.
